Volunteering
BECOME A VOLUNTEER !
We are looking for around fifty volunteers to join the festival team.
Volunteers are encouraged to commit to the festival as a whole whenever possible, in order to build strong and friendly teams for each task and area (which they will be able to choose). Good physical condition is required (most tasks involve standing for long periods), as well as being polite and sociable, as we welcome around 5,000 visitors during the festival. All positions are carried out in teams to ensure breaks, meals, and time to enjoy the festival.
Site setup, chairs, stands and decorations : Thursday July 9th • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Friday July 10th • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Technical setup (supporting the technical team) : July 9th–10th • Full day
Site dismantling and storage : Sunday July 12th • 10:00 PM – 1:00 AM and Monday July 13th • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Artist hospitality (a driving licence is required for artist transportation), backstage, dressing rooms and parking : July 10th, 11th and 12th • Generally from 10:00 AM / 12:00 PM until 10:30 PM
Site cleaning : July 10th, 11th and 12th • 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Cash desk : July 10th, 11th and 12th • 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Bar and catering area : Setup on July 10th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, then festival opening hours from approximately 4:30 PM / 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM each evening.
Merchandise & donations : 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM on July 10th, 11th and 12th.
The volunteer meeting, held in person before the festival, will take place on Tuesday June 30th at 6:30 PM at Place Saint-Thomas, Strasbourg.
