OPEN PRICING
The festival is 50% co-financed by the City of Strasbourg (42 000 €), the CEA (3 500 €) and sometimes the State. We have to self-finance the other 50% of the budget, but we're not allowed to close off the public space where the festival is held in order to set up ticket sales. Therefore, we operate on an open-price model.
But That doesn't mean it's free!
We have to pay the artists, crews, travel, hotels, meals, rentals, equipment, security, marketing, royalties, insurance... So if you like the festival and want to keep it going, contribute!
Because the price is open, it's considered a tax-deductible donation. A donation certificate will be sent to you automatically when you donate. We recommend the following fair prices:
5 € / concert or activity
15 € / day
50 € / the whole festival
